Lebanon Youth Spring Dance Team

Registration Status: Opens JAN 1 (CURRENTLY NO DANCE SEASON AVAILABLE FOR 2025)

Fees: $130 per athlete

Fees Include: Include fees, insurance, bow, and uniform (top and jazz pants)

Discounts: $10 Returning Athletes and $10 Sibling Discounts.

Required, but not supplied by the league: White socks and shoes.

General Information:

·         Dance an 8 game (minimum of 6) season beginning in March, and ending before Memorial Day.

·         Dance Team will perform at half-time of the Flag Football Games.

·         Teams could be co-ed (boys and girls).

·         Practice will be Tuesdays and Thursdays each week 

·         Dancers age groups may be combined to fill full team depending on number of available coaches.

·         Dancers will not be placed on sibling specific teams

·         You will be contacted about a parents meeting in March and notified about the first practice.

Age Divisions:

4 - 6- years
7 - 9 years old
10 - 11 years old
12 - 14 years old
15 - 17 years old

Coaching Opportunities

If you would like to be considered for a coaching position for Dance Team, please complete the section in the registration process or message the Facebook page. No experience is required. We will have coaching clinics prior to the beginning of the season. Coaches and board members will continually strive to uphold the principles of good sportsmanship and expect the same from the participants, their families, and friends.

·         Dance a 4 home game (minimum) season beginning in July, and ending in November.
·         Dance Team will perform at half-time of the Tackle Football Home Games located in Lebanon, TN.
·         Teams could be co-ed (boys and girls).
·         Practice will be once week, with the potential of additional practices before a showcase/competition event.
·         Dancers age groups may be combined to fill full team depending on number of available coaches.
·         Dancers will not be placed on sibling specific teams
 
Age Divisions:
8-12 years old

*Only two dance team members allowed to do competition cheer per age group. Example 2 that are ages 7-8 years old, 2 that are 9-10 years old, 2 that are 11-12 years old. Cheer competition is an additional (non-refundable) $50 for fees to cover skirt and fees. Please talk to Cheer Directors/Coaches before signing up, competition cheer to ensure a spot to compete.
